Privacy Policy — With Imagination

1.Who this policy comes from

Our apps are made by With Imagination. This policy covers all of our apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and macOS, and explains what happens to your information when you use them. You can reach us any time at privacy@withimagination.org.

2.What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store, transmit, sell, or share any information about you or your use of our apps. In particular, our apps:

• have no accounts, sign-in, or registration
• contain no analytics, tracking, or advertising software
• contain no third-party code libraries that gather data
• do not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
• do not read any device or advertising identifier
• do not connect to the internet to send us information

3.What stays on your device

Anything you create or change in an app is stored only on your own device. We have no way to see it. It is included in the normal device backups you control through iCloud or your computer, and deleting the app removes it from your device.

4.What Apple sees

You download and update our apps through the App Store, so Apple handles that transaction and may collect information about it, including anonymous crash and usage reports if you have chosen to share them with developers. That is Apple's process, not ours, and it is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive anything from it that identifies you.

5.Children

Our apps collect no personal information from anyone, which includes children. There is nothing we could learn about a child using them.

6.Your privacy rights

Laws such as the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California give you the right to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to look up, hand over, or erase. You are welcome to write to us if you would like that confirmed.

7.Changes to this policy

If a future version of an app ever handles your information differently, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released.
